Terms of Service
Last updated May 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of nexusforsmallbusiness.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you become a Nexus client, additional terms apply through your service agreement; those govern the platform itself.
Who we are
References to “Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms mean the operator of nexusforsmallbusiness.com. You can reach us at hello@nexusforsmallbusiness.com.
Use of the site
You may browse the site, read the content, and contact us. You may not scrape, republish, or use the site to send automated traffic. You may not attempt to access non-public parts of our infrastructure, interfere with the site, or use it to violate any law.
Information on this site
The content on this site is for general information only. It describes what Nexus does. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. Specific capabilities, pricing, integrations, and configurations are determined by your Nexus service agreement.
Intellectual property
The Nexus name, the platform, this site, and all related content are the property of Nexus and its licensors. You may not use the Nexus name, marks, or content without written permission, except for reasonable personal review of the site itself.
Third-party services
Nexus integrates with third-party APIs (FAA registry, VREF, FlightAware, VIN decoders, equipment pricing indices, and others depending on your trade). We do not control those services. Their availability, accuracy, and terms are their own. We pass through what they return; we do not guarantee it.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus and its operator, employees, contractors, and vendors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising out of or related to the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Nexus and its operator harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or connected with your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. We do not require arbitration; nothing in these terms waives your right to bring a claim in small-claims court where applicable.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties’ original intent.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and Nexus regarding your use of the site. They supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings on the same subject. They do not replace a signed Nexus service agreement, which controls the platform relationship if you become a client.
Changes
We may update these terms when we change how we operate. We will update the “last updated” date above when we do. For material changes, we will note the change at the top of the page for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
